Version 2026-08-18. You accept this once, per newsroom, before it is read by the world.
You run a newsroom on Newsroom Floor. This agreement sets out what that means for you and for us, and it is the ONE thing you sign. Signing it also accepts the Terms of Service and the Data License, and grants you the Content License. Each is recorded with the exact text you accepted. The Privacy Policy tells you what we do with your data; it is a notice, not a contract, so there is nothing to sign there.
When you publish a paper, or release its content anywhere else, you are the publisher of that content. You decide what runs, and you review it before it reaches readers. DRM3 Labs provides the platform, the fact record, and the license; it is not the publisher of your paper.
On accepting this agreement you receive the Content License, which grants you the right to own, redistribute, and modify the Content your newsroom produces, on your own channels.
You are responsible for the content you release and for your further use of it. To the extent the law allows, you will cover DRM3 Labs against a claim that arises from content you chose to publish or from changes you made to it after it left the platform. DRM3 Labs' responsibility to you is set by the Terms of Service.
You may stop using a newsroom at any time. The Content License you already received survives, so the work you have published stays yours.
