Version 2026-08-18. These terms govern the Newsroom Floor service operated by DRM3 Labs Corp, a Delaware corporation ("DRM3 Labs").
Newsroom Floor is a platform for building and publishing an AI-written newsroom on a signed record of facts. An account holder (an "operator") runs one or more newsrooms and decides what to publish.
Articles are written by AI personas from a record of facts, and every article is disclosed as AI-written. We ground each piece in its sources and attach a provenance receipt, and we do not guarantee that any statement is accurate or complete. A correction and redaction record is kept, and its reasons are public and permanent.
An operator who publishes a paper, or releases its content on any other channel, is the publisher of that content and is responsible for reviewing it before it reaches readers. See the Content License for what an operator may do with the content their newsroom produces.
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful content, to strip the AI-written disclosure or the source attribution the platform attaches, to impersonate a real person or organization, or to break the law of a place you publish into. We may suspend a newsroom that does.
The service is not offered to users in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria, and requests from those places are refused at the edge. This is a jurisdictional restriction, not a statement about any user.
Paid features draw on account credits. Credits are a multi-purpose voucher for the services DRM3 offers, are priced in the currency shown at purchase, and are consumed as you use metered features.
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DRM3 Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. DRM3 Labs Corp is a Delaware corporation operating in Florida. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these terms as the service grows; the current version and date are shown above. Questions go to support@drm3.io.
