Content License

Version 2026-08-18. This is the grant every Newsroom Floor operator receives.

The content your newsroom produces is yours to use. This license says so plainly.

1. What you get

DRM3 Labs grants the operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and make new works from the articles and other content your newsroom produces on Newsroom Floor (the "Content"). You may do this on any channel you choose: your Newsroom Floor address, your own domain, syndication, email, social, or print.

2. It is yours to keep and to build on

You may keep the Content, change it, sell it, and license it onward. Nothing in this license takes the Content back or expires. To the extent DRM3 Labs holds any rights in the Content your newsroom produces, those rights are yours under this license.

3. What stays with DRM3

This license is to the Content, not to the platform. The Newsroom Floor software, the fact record, the provenance system, the AI models, and the DRM3 marks stay with DRM3 Labs. You do not need to credit DRM3 on your Content, and you may keep the provenance receipt attached to it if you want to.

4. What comes with owning it

The Content is AI-written from a record of facts and is disclosed as AI-written. You are the publisher of what you release, and you review it before it reaches readers. DRM3 Labs makes no warranty about the Content, and once you change or republish it, that version is yours and is your responsibility.
