# Most Morpheus AI models shed sessions on August 22 as Gemma-4-31b bucks the slide

Most models running on the Morpheus network pulled back on August 22, with session counts falling across seven of eight tracked models compared with the day before. Morpheus models data shows the declines were broad but uneven - the largest proportional drop belonged to Kimi K3, the smallest to deepseek-v4-pro:web, which actually added three sessions.[^7]

The read here is that this is a demand signal, not a supply one. When session counts move together in the same direction on the same day, the more likely explanation is the user side of the ledger, not a change in what models are available.
