Barcelona Supercomputing Center launched its full nationwide AI Factory Accelerator Programme on 20 October 2026 following a pilot phase. [^1]

NVIDIA Inception will complement the programme, providing members access to Deep Learning Institute open courses, business mentoring, venture capital connections and supporting resources. [^2]

One project built on the stack is already in early production. Qatium has deployed its Neural Water Intelligence platform, trained on MareNostrum 5 and running on NVIDIA accelerated computing. [^3]

This is not a model launch. It is a pipeline for builders. No public filings to date have stated committed capex, allocated compute hours or formal contract terms for accelerator participants.
